Refund is available if you cancel before the ad is submitted to the newspaper (typically within 24 hours of booking).
Once the ad is submitted to the newspaper, cancellation and refund are subject to the newspaper's cancellation policy. Partial refund may be possible.
If your ad is not published on the confirmed date due to our error, you will receive a refund or free re-publication on the next available date.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
